About NAI40
NAI40 is a committee within the Netherlands Arbitration Institute that provides a dynamic and informal platform for younger arbitration professionals to enhance their subject-matter knowledge, expand their professional network, and promote thought leadership in arbitration in the Netherlands.
Participants come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, including private practice, arbitral institutions, academia, the judiciary, government, and international organisations.
NAI40 organises approximately three events per year, such as seminars, debates, and networking sessions. The events cater to varying levels of seniority, ranging from starting professionals to up-and-coming arbitrators.
