New members of the NAI Advisory Board

The Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) has appointed three new members to the NAI Advisory Board: Carlijn ten Bruggencate, Marco Eliens and Dominique Aarts. In addition, Jocelynn Tetelepta has been appointed as the new secretary of the Council. With these appointments, the NAI is strengthening its advisory body, which plays an important role in advising the NAI’s board.
The NAI Advisory Board consists of a maximum of 25 members and provides solicited and unsolicited advice to the board. The board has no insight into or influence on the outcome of individual cases, but offers valuable reflection on the policy, organisation and positioning of the NAI within international arbitration practice.

Advice, reflection and connection with practice

The Advisory Board forms a bridge between the NAI and the broader practice of arbitration, mediation and binding advice. Through their knowledge and experience, the members contribute to the quality and relevance of the institute. The arrival of Carlijn ten Bruggencate, Marco Eliens and Dominique Aarts strengthens the diversity and expertise within the board.
With the appointment of Jocelynn Tetelepta as secretary, the council continues to be well supported in its work and advisory role. The NAI’s board looks forward to a fruitful collaboration and further strengthening of its network in practice.

With these appointments, the NAI confirms its commitment to expert and independent dispute resolution, supported by a strong network of professionals. More information about the organisation and composition of the Advisory Board can be found on the NAI organisation page.
