NAI mediation is initiated by submitting a request for mediation. A request for mediation can be submitted here (alternatively, a request may be submitted by email). You will be requested to upload (i) the request and (ii) the arbitration agreement as PDF-documents. For the request, you may also use the NAI request for mediationPDF-form [add link] or NAI request for summary arbitration PDF-form [add link]. The request should meet the requirements set out in Article 7(2) of the Rules [link naar Reglement]. Article 36 [link naar Reglement] sets out additional requirements for a request for summary arbitration. In all cases, please specify the monetary interest of the claims as the NAI requires an estimate thereof for the determination of the NAI administration costs due.
