About the NAI
The NAI facilitates and promotes dispute resolution through arbitration, mediation and binding advice. Arbitration (judgment by arbitrators) is a fast, expert and effective alternative to the courts and the standard for resolving international commercial disputes (read more about the arbitration here). The NAI is a leading arbitration institute and operates at the top of the market. The team working at the NAI consists of nine employees (see below). The NAI is located on the 34th floor of the Delftse Poort, next to Rotterdam Central Station.
