NAI40 is looking for new Board Members! Are you a young arbitration professional connected to the Netherlands? Apply before 16 December 2025 and join the NAI40 Board.

The Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) welcomes three new members to its Advisory Board: Carlijn ten Bruggencate, Marco Eliens and Dominique Aarts. Jocelynn Tetelepta has also been appointed as the new secretary.

With the NAI Arbitration Rules 2024 and the UNCITRAL Model Law, arbitration in Curaçao is an attractive option.

As of 1 July 2025, Hilde van der Baan has been appointed chair of the board of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. In addition, Tom Claassens and Jeroen van Hezewijk have joined the board as of that date.

As of July 1, 2025, the NAI will adjust the administration fees for arbitration and binding advice proceedings.
