The Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) welcomes three new members to its Advisory Board: Carlijn ten Bruggencate, Marco Eliens and Dominique Aarts. Jocelynn Tetelepta has also been appointed as the new secretary.
With the NAI Arbitration Rules 2024 and the UNCITRAL Model Law, arbitration in Curaçao is an attractive option.
