The Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) welcomes three new members to its Advisory Board: Carlijn ten Bruggencate, Marco Eliens and Dominique Aarts. Jocelynn Tetelepta has also been appointed as the new secretary.

New composition of the NAI board

As of 1 July 2025, Hilde van der Baan has been appointed chair of the board of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. In addition, Tom Claassens and Jeroen van Hezewijk have joined the board as of that date.

Administration fees as of 1 July 2025

As of July 1, 2025, the NAI will adjust the administration fees for arbitration and binding advice proceedings.

Secretary General / Director General Camilla Perera – de Wit to step down from her post at the Netherlands Arbitration Institute

The Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) announces that after 5 years in service, Camilla has informed the NAI Board that she will step down from her post in 2024. Camilla joined the NAI from the Permanent Court of Arbitration in 2019. Over the past 5 years, Camilla has led the institution with distinction. She is praised for her work ethic and drive for quality, her skilled diplomacy and collaboration initiatives.
