On 26 September, the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA on LinkedIn) organized a webinar for legal and art professionals in Poland. The event was organised by CAfA’s Executive Officer Weronika Weems and was hosted (virtually) by Linklaters Poland, with special thanks to CAFA neutral Natalia Mikolajczyk. Camilla Perera de Wit gave an introduction to the CAfA and its rules. She was joined by CAFA neutrals Alicja Jagielska Burduk and Piotr Stec. The panel was complemented by Professor Kamil Zeidler, Professor of law, Chair of the Department of Theory and Philosophy of the State and Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdansk, Poland.
